Quinton was raised in Kelowna and graduated from the University of British Columbia-Okanagan with an honours degree in business management with an emphasis on mathematics and finance.

He currently holds the Chartered Investement Manager (CIM®) designation. In addition, he is also a former QAFP certification holder from the FP Canada (formerly the Financial Planning Standard's Counsel).

In 2023, Quinton officially made partner and co-owner in Gronsdahl Wealth Management. He specializes in making sense of quantitative modeling, and the scientific application of mathematics to bring you smarter investment management strategies. He helps clients to bring awareness to the cognitive and behavioural biases that we all have, and how emotional decision making, both positive or negative, can impact our finances.

Quinton formerly sat on the grant-approval committee for the City of Kelowna's social development projects, run through the Central Okanagan Foundation. When not in the office, he enjoys the great outdoors as much as possible and is an avid hunter and gardener.
